Submit your completed Registration Form below, or email your completed form to registrations@bpfigureskating.co.za

We recommend using the Adobe Fill & Sign app to complete the form on your PC/Laptop/Google or Apple Mobile device for a paper free signing. Alternatively you can print the form, fill it in and bring it along with you to the next club Saturday. Click here for more information on Adobe Fill & Sign.

Once we have your form, you will be added to our member list and can attend the next club session to pay the membership fee, which will complete your registration.

Hard copies of the registration form are available at the club every week.
